Fabrication of steel structures and facilities - technical and production capabilities
The Consortium possesses two own production factories.
One of our plants is situated in the town of Chomutov, the Czech Republic. It is located at 17 km from the German border. This gives us considerable advantage regarding the transport and logistics, especially when dealing with specific or over-sized loads. The factory possesses excellent infrastructure including railway terminal, natural gas supply, excellent road communications, as well as close proximity to major producers and suppliers of materials. The factory is equipped with up-to-date machines for production of steel structures. It has 3 000 m2 covered and 15 000 m2 open premises, ideal for production of large-scale steel structures.
The other factory for steel structures is situated in the city of Varna, Bulgaria the Western Industrial zone of the city. The plant is situated in a traditionally industrial developed rgion with excellent infrastructure and transport connections. The factory is located 5 km from Port Varna East and Port Lesport and 3 km from Loading Railway Terminal Varna. The factory is equipped with the brand new steel working machines which gives us the opportunity to manufacture wide range of steel structures. That equipment includes the following main appliances: oxy fuel portal cutting machine with CNC with operational length 12000 mm and width 4500 mm; 4 rolls hydraulic plate bending machine with CNC with operational width 3000 mm and thickness of bended plates 36 mm; hydraulic guillotine shear with CNC 3100x16 mm; radial drilling machine; band saw; lathes/milling machines; horizontal drilling machine; automatic shot blasting and painting line; post-weld heat-treatment equipment; equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT).
